Sander skillfully engineers and reproduces components. Through a self-taught mastery of 3D scanning, adept handling of CAD/CAM challenges, and proficiency in casting and milling, he ensures the faithful recreation of essential elements.

Chassis & Frames
Building chassis and frames for American Classics for Corvettes, Restomod and Customs builds has become one of our specialisms.
Our expertise extends to crafting entirely new custom-built chassis and frames, incorporating cutting-edge suspension, driveline, and brake components sourced from the C5 and C6 Corvette generations. Alternatively, we offer services to repair, customize, or replace existing chassis and frames according to your unique specifications.
In the customization process, we employ a diverse range of high-quality aftermarket parts sourced from reputable vendors such as Summit, Heidts, and Wilwood.
A complete rolling chassis will include:
- BFront and rear suspensions with new upper and lower ball joints
- New upper and lower control arms and bushings
- Rear suspensions
- New springs
- New or rebuild calipers and pads
Generally, we use Chevrolet small block engine mounts. Transmission mounts will generally fit all transmissions, both big and small blocks. All our meticulously crafted chassis are delivered with a durable semi-gloss black finish as a standard feature.
